📝 Return Policy

At EjarPlus, we are committed to user satisfaction. Therefore, we explain our return policy as follows:

1. Tenant or Landlord Verification Service:

If the information of the tenant or landlord required for verification is not found, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded in the form of a credit added to the user's wallet within the app.

2. Use:

The user can use this credit later to conduct new verifications or any other service available within the app.

This credit cannot be withdrawn in cash or transferred to a bank account.

3. Monthly Subscriptions (such as lawyers, hotel apartments, farms, and other services):

All paid monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Balance Validity:

The credit added to the internal wallet remains valid for 12 months from the date it was added.
